QUESTION TIME Up or Ship Out - Stepping into Our Fears in Order to Support Business Transformation

Using a real life case study we will look at the importance of, and the additional value that is created, when Talent Acquisition (and HR in general) can be courageous enough to truly transform itself at a behavioural level in order to support it’s clients aspirations. We’ll be joined by Andrew Armes - Head of Talent Acquisition Roche UK and two of his team members, to discuss how overcoming our own fears and having the bravest of conversations with ourselves is a source of inspiration, engagement and value creation into the wider business. Andrew and his team will encourage all of us in HR to be brave and realise our fullest potential, and unlock the benefits this has to us and the wider organisations we work in.
